The Burnett family has been focused on producing the finest quality New Zealand venison for over three generations. Based in the heart of North Otago on the slopes of the volcanic Kauru Hill, their farm is home to rolling gullies, cabbage trees, tussocks, and fresh flowing water and provides a calm and sustainable environment, perfectly suited for deer.
Their delicious tender venison is of the highest quality and they are producing the perfect venison cuts, full of flavour, rich in vitamins and minerals.
One of the Market favourites are venison tenderloins and Kauru Hill Venison have given us one of their favourite recipes to share with you - quick, easy to prepare and full of flavour.
