Our aim is to attract high-quality growers and producers selling the freshest seasonal produce and we welcome expressions of interest. Unfortunately we can’t accept every application. We already have a great mix of products at the market, so existing market vendors and product balance are taken into consideration.
We don't accept any vendors selling craft-type products, If you are intending to make a food product to sell at the market you will need to have access to a registered commercial kitchen. You will also need to be approved by the Waitaki District Council before you can start trading at the market. We have a limited amount of food vendor sites, this is at the discretion of the committee.
The market also hosts community stalls to help our local community promote and raise funds.
These stalls are at the discretion of the committee.
