Chopped is an award winning butchery business partnership between brothers Adam and Edward along with wives Karen, Jacqueline and our children Mya and Khloe. We specialise in heritage breed animals such as Galloway beef, South Down and Wiltshire lamb and free range pork. All our meat is either sourced from our own farm or from farms within the South Canterbury/North Otago area. Our butchery is located on our farm and we sell at the Oamaru Farmers Market or via our website www.choppedbutchery.co.nz. Our mobile butcher's shop visits the Waitaki Lakes and Twizel areas each week.
